Hi there and thanks for taking the time to stop by my website. I’m Jenn, by the way. I sit here and stare at the screen dumb founded as to what you could possibly be interested in knowing about me. *eek* If I had to label myself, I’d say I was a huge dork. I’m a mom who has loved photography since I was just a kid. I was mostly a tom boy, living in the country who played with cameras and endlessly photographed Lizzy, Cuddles and Nutmeg (my stuffed animals). It wasn’ttill high school though when dropped Calculus and took photography to make up a credit that I really found my passion. I’m always in awe of the emotions that a single image can evoke. The surprise in a woman that she can be that beautiful; the pride and a bit of sadness in a father’s eye when he sees that image of his bride walking down the aisle; or the small catch in a mother’s throat when she sees “that specific specific expression” on her toddlers face caught for all time. I like making people feel good and that’s what I aim to do with every photo I take.
When I’m not playing with my camera, you can find me reading a good book, coaching my son’s baseball team or baking together, playing with our two dogs, running, hiking, camping or relaxing in the company of great friends and family.
Being a photographer, I understand that a photo can really tell you about a person so I’ll stop with the babbling and “tell” you a little more about me in another way.
