I am flexible and many situations are unique. These are baseline prices which can be customized to fit your specific needs.
Business Headshots
Prices start at $300. For this we will do a shoot of up to an hour and a half with an outfit change. I will upload small resolution files online for you to choose from. You may choose two photos in which I will fully retouch the photos, perfecting the photographic elements such as backgrounds and lighting. I also include top notch touch ups of your features such as stray hairs, complexion, wrinkles, under eye circles, teeth whitening, tightening up of the chin, and smoothing out of the body. I do not change it to the point where someone thinks you look completely different, just make it the best possible image of YOU minus small distractions. You will never look so good while still looking like YOU! I also give you FULL COPYRIGHT release for these two images to be used how you want, when you want and to be reproduced as you desire.
Portraits
On location, multiple arrangements and online proofing. Groups more than five may be additional charges depending on the number of arrangements. Please email with specifics for a quote.
Sitting fee is $400 with $200 of that being applied to a print credit.

Miscellaneous Events
I will photograph birthday parties, anniversary parties, barbecues, reunions, Christmas parties, work functions, you name it. Standard prices to not include prints, instead providing you with online access to download all the full sized files to be downloaded by anyone you designate and to be used as you desire.
Prices for this service start at $200 for a one hour time limit.
Real Estate
I will photograph your property and provide you with all the files to be displayed on your online listing. In addition I will design a flier to be used for you advertising purposes. Prices depend on size of property and quality of property brochure/flier to be designed.
